Based upon feedback from you and your peers, we have eliminated the burden of requiring a copy of the ATF Form 4473 for consumer redemption of this promotion. This should help with consumer privacy concerns and the amount of work and effort by you and your staff.

We are requiring only minimal participation and support from you. You will need to provide your customer with the NICS / State Transaction Number (Item 21b from the ATF Form 4473). If no such number was necessary, please provide the customer with the information in Item 23 of the Form 4473.
