GENERAL. Buy any new Ruger® bolt-action rifle ("Qualifying Rifle") between August 15, 2009 and December 31, 2009 and receive a FREE Ruger-branded Carhartt® jacket ("Promotional Product"). This free jacket promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Sturm, Ruger and Co., Inc. ("Sponsor").

QUALIFYING RIFLE. Any new Ruger® bolt-action rifle that has not previously been sold at retail qualifies for the Promotion. The Qualifying Rifle must have been purchased from a federally licensed retailer in accordance with all Federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

ELIGIBILITY. Promotion available only to United States citizens or legal residents.

HOW TO ENTER. A completed Redemption Coupon, available from a retailer or online at www.ruger.com/carhartt, and a legible copy of the dated sales receipt showing purchase of the Qualifying Rifle should be mailed to Sponsor at Ruger Firearms, Attn: Ruger / Carhartt Promotion, One Lacey Place, Southport, CT 06890. Submissions must be postmarked no later than January 15, 2010 and received by Sponsor no later than January 31, 2010. Submissions postmarked after January 15, 2010 or received by Sponsor after January 31, 2010 will be rejected. Incomplete submissions will be rejected and will not be processed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, mutilated or misdirected mail. Fraudulent submissions, determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be rejected. Offer void where prohibited by law. Not valid with any other offer. Sponsor reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion at any time. The Redemption Coupon has no cash value. No substitutions for Promotional Product allowed. Please allow 6 – 10 weeks for delivery.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION. Information provided on any documentation provided to Sponsor will be kept confidential and will be used to verify purchase of Qualifying Rifle and for future promotional information. Customers who do not want to receive future promotional information from Sponsor must "opt out" on the Redemption Coupon.
