Team Ruger Adds Multiple Divisional Wins Onto Season Tally

Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE: RGR) is pleased to announce that Team Ruger posted several divisional titles over the weekend, adding more wins onto its competition season tally.

Team Members Dave Olhasso and James McGinty both walked away with multiple divisional wins from the 2022 Maryland State IDPA Championship held at the Sanner's Lake Sportsmen's Club in Lexington Park, MD. McGinty brought home a first place win in the ESP Division and finished first overall with a final time of 162.46 shooting his 9mm Luger Ruger Custom Shop® SR1911® Competition Pistol. With a final time of 203.31, teammate Olhasso grabbed the top spot in the CDP Division competing with his Ruger Custom Shop® SR1911® Competition Pistol in 45 Auto.

"Maryland State presented us with 10 challenging and fun stages that required each of us to stay focused and perform at our highest level of shooting," said McGinty. "My Custom Shop SR1911 ran flawlessly, allowing me to just concentrate on bringing home the win."

Heading west, Team Member Randi Rogers captured the Single Stack Division title at the USPSA Double Tap Championship held at the Double Tap Ranch in Wichita Falls, TX. She claimed the win with a final time of 1305.00 shooting her Ruger Custom Shop® SR1911® Competition Pistol in 9mm Luger.
