Ruger Offers a Sequentially Numbered Pair of Engraved .45's

Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE: RGR), is pleased to announce that it will be offering an "Engraved Cowboy Pair" of .45 Colt caliber single-action revolvers from the Ruger Studio of Art & Decoration.

The Ruger Studio will offer the Cowboy Pair in the most popular Cowboy Action Shooting revolver: the stainless steel New Vaquero with a 5 1/2" barrel. These New Vaqueros feature a gloss stainless finish, the patented Ruger reverse indexing pawl for easy loading and unloading, and white simulated ivory grips with a Ruger Eagle medallion.

Using a unique blend of modern technology and old-world craftsmanship, the Cowboy Pair revolvers are engraved on the cylinder, cylinder frame, loading gate, barrel, and grip frame using a traditional western scroll pattern. Select components are then hand-cut and finished by our skilled artisans in the style of the "Old West."

The Engraved Cowboy Pair will have consecutive serial numbers and will be shipped in a richly stained wooden presentation case highlighted with a Ruger Eagle etched into the clear glass top. Only 500 pairs of these fine revolvers will be built and each gun will have "One of One Thousand" engraved on the underside of the grip frame.
