Ruger Security-9 Compact Now with Viridian Laser

Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE: RGR) proudly announces that the popular Security-9® Compact pistol is now available with a factory-installed Viridian® E-Series™ red laser. The laser unit weighs just over 1/2 oz with the installed battery, is securely mounted to the rail and trigger guard and features ambidextrous push-button activation.

Smaller, lighter and more concealable than its full-size counterpart, the Security-9 Compact pistol is ideal for everyday carry with an overall length of 6.5." With the Viridian E-Series red (635-650 nm) laser installed, this compact pistol weighs in at just over 22 ounces. The Security-9 Compact ships with two, 9mm Luger, 10-round, flush-fit steel magazines, which provide for greater concealability.
